Christmas Traditions with Dr. Ray Tuck
Christmas time affords us the opportunity to pause and reflect on the things that matter most: Family, friends, our health, and the many blessings in our lives. Our family traditions produce beautiful memories, special moments, and also help shape who we are. As a child, Dr. Ray Tuck had big Christmas celebrations. His mother is one of five siblings and if you factor in all of their children, it resulted in family gatherings of 20-30 people. There were also a lot of doctors that weren’t able to go home, so naturally, they joined in as part of the Tuck

It’s always fun to pause and reflect on the Christmases of the past. This year, we decided to do so by pulling together pictures from when our doctors were little tots. We recently shared this video at our company-wide Christmas party and it made us laugh, so only felt it fair to share it with you also (in hopes it’ll at least make you chuckle as you see your doctor’s picture). Enjoy this slideshow and take a moment to pause and reflect on your special Christmases of the past. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays from the Tuck Chiropractic Clinic family to

The holiday season is fast approaching. Time with family and friends, parties, gift-giving, special meals — how can something that seems so enjoyable be so stressful? Many people get depressed during the holidays, and these feelings can result in increased fatigue, moodiness, and tension. At Tuck Chiropractic Clinic, we see a lot of veterans and are appreciative of any opportunity we have to support those who serve in the military. One patient we have been privileged to care for is Joe, a man who made a career out of serving our country in the United States Army. Joe can’t tell you exactly why he decided to join the army. He just knows that one day, on his way to a college class; he quickly pulled off the road and into the parking lot of an army recruiter’s office. It was there he made it

Serving others is often accompanied by sacrifice. For those that feel a true calling, the sacrifice is outweighed by their passion for what they do. This can be said of Greg, a local Fireman and EMT, he has been a first responder for 27 years. Greg began his career as a firefighter working in a volunteer capacity with Bedford Fire Department. He had a full time job with a printing company, working 5 days a week on swing shift. In his free time you could find him at the firehouse, serving the community. He persistently applied to full time positions
