Dr. Smith has rejoined Tuck Chiropractic! He previously practiced in our Vinton location, and is looking forward to continuing to help patients in the Roanoke area.

Dr. Smith was raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia, in a military family. A multi-sport athlete, he graduated from First Colonial High School in 1981. Dr. Smith continued his studies as a pre-med student at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, where he also played football. He was exposed to chiropractic care as a result of a football injury where his recovery was so rapid and complete that he was compelled to change his career path to pre-chiropractic.

Dr. Smith attended and graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia for chiropractic college, and upon graduation, taught various topics in radiology at the college. Besides working with Tuck Chiropractic in Vinton, Dr. Smith has spent his career working in private practice in eastern North Carolina, totaling to over 30 years of chiropractic experience. Dr. Smith remains extremely enthusiastic  about how chiropractic care can help his patients and the members of his community.

During his spare time, Dr. Smith and his wife enjoy the beach, the mountains, and all things involving water.
