About Dr. Garrett Thompson

Dr. Thompson graduated from Virginia Military Institute (VMI) in 1990, and then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life College, School of Chiropractic in 1996, he started his practice in Roanoke in 1997.

Dr. Thompson stays extremely busy both with his involvement in the Roanoke community and coaching. He previously served as the team chiropractor to the Roanoke Dazzle, and is the current Head Coach for the Roanoke College Rugby Football Club!  He is also the co-founder of the Roanoke Health Care Alliance, served as Past 1st Vice Commander for Virginia Post #3 of the American Legion, and is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves. We are very excited for Dr. Thompson to join us and believe his experience and talents will be yet another great asset to our clinical team.

Our group enjoys Salem and Roanoke community life by participating in events like health fairs and golf tournaments.  Dr. Thompson conducts health and lifestyle workshops throughout Roanoke County and Salem City. As a team, we participate with the Roanoke County and Salem-Roanoke Chambers of commerce and around the holidays, we love partnering with Feeding America SWVA’s Thanksgiving Food Drive and Toys for Tots.
